09.04 - Sigriswil

No police came - another quiet night. Finished my 3rd book already - a good psychological thriller 😊

A very short blog - as rain has curtailed play. I’m just amazed - yesterday it was over 25° - today it’s only 5° and we’ve only driven an hour!

Tintin drove. First stop on the motorway to service Dave again. We drove past Thun. Photos just sum up the weather - wet. 

We parked up next to a Backerei, and tried the local flaky pastry thing filled with nuts and spice. Think it tasted better than it looks!

We’ve spent the whole afternoon researching the different travel passes and where we’re going to park Dave for what we want to see and do around here. Deviating after finding some of the cable cars and gondolas are closed from yesterday until 25 May!

Today it’s -18° at the Jungfraujoch. 

Tintin even transferred some more CHF, went right through on sites to pay for passes, then payment failed. Think we’ll go old school and buy tickets from the train station!

Even towards Interlaken, my xc weather shows snow tomorrow morning, whereas Tintin’s sites don’t show snow. 

We did think about whizzing up to Lucerne, and coming back when the weather might be better - but there should be a window of opportunity from Thursday for a couple of days…

We’re now having rum to sort the world out - followed by homemade spaghetti bolognese. Have decided to not think about it - and will make a decision tomorrow morning.
